1) Scope
This policy applies to all services offered by Ultimate Attractions Tours LLC, including tours/activities, desert safaris, dinner cruises, theme‑park tickets, transfers, and—where applicable—visa processing, hotels and flights sold via our platform.
2) Definitions
- Flexi Package: permits free or low‑fee changes/cancellations within cut‑off times.
- Standard Package: changes/cancellations allowed with stated fees and time windows.
- Saver/Non‑Refundable: discounted; cancellation/refund not permitted after booking.
- Cut‑off Time: the last time before service start when a change or cancellation is accepted.
3) General Principles
- No‑show or late arrival is non‑refundable.
- After service start, no cancellations or refunds are possible.
- Refund method: refunds are issued to the original payment method/account.
- Timelines: banks/payment gateways may take 7–14 business days to display credits.
- Currency & fees: settlements are in AED; bank/gateway fees are non‑refundable.
4) Cancellation Windows (Tours/Activities)
Unless specified otherwise on the product page:

5) Reschedule Policy
- Reschedule requests should be made at least 24 hours before the service start.
- All reschedules depend on supplier approval and operational availability.
- Any fare difference or price surge at the new date/time is payable by the customer.
6) Weather / Operator Cancellations (Force Majeure)
- If a service is cancelled due to severe weather, safety, operational or permit reasons, you will be offered either a full refund or a free reschedule.
- We will notify you using the contact details on your booking; please ensure they are correct.
7) Special Categories
Visas
Once visa processing starts, government/application fees are non‑refundable. Our admin charges may also apply. Visa issuance/rejection is at the sole discretion of the authorities.
Flights & Hotels
Airline and hotel fare rules apply. Additional agency admin fees may be charged for changes or cancellations.
Peak Dates & Events
New Year’s Eve, Eid and other peak periods are often non‑refundable or have stricter windows—refer to the product page.
8) Customer‑Attributable Issues
- Incorrect details, late arrival, missing documents or visa rejection are not the company’s liability; refunds do not apply unless the product policy explicitly states otherwise.
- Where service delivery issues are attributable to us or our supplier, we will provide appropriate remedies per UAE consumer protection norms.
9) How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
- Send your booking number, name and date via WhatsApp +971 54 237 7867 or email online@ultimateattractionstours.com.
- If eligible, we will confirm within 24–48 hours. Supplier approval and bank processing timelines may extend the total turnaround.
- After approval, please allow 7–14 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
10) Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us first—most issues can be resolved quickly. If not, you may seek assistance through UAE consumer protection channels as applicable.
11) Proof of Payment & Identification
To prevent fraud, we may request ID or payment verification when processing cancellations, refunds or changes.
12) Changes to this Policy
We may amend this policy with reasonable notice. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
